What I Do
I’m the co-founder of North Point Academy, where we train and mentor professional coaches. I also work independently as a leadership facilitator and mediator, supporting clients through transitions, challenges, and opportunities to lead with greater clarity and presence.
My work takes different forms — coaching conversations, team development programmes, facilitation work, and one-on-one mentoring — but the through-line is always about helping people grow with intention.
